Agreement Acceptance

By installing, accessing, subscribing to, downloading, licensing, or using any software product provided by HelloGeo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Definitions

Software includes geospatial platforms, drone command systems, AI analytics engines, mapping tools, APIs, SDKs, dashboards, SaaS platforms, updates, and modules. User refers to any individual, company, or entity using the software.

License Grant

HelloGeo grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for lawful internal business purposes under valid subscription or agreement.

License Restrictions

You shall not:

• ●Reverse engineer or decompile software
• ●Copy or clone for competing products
• ●Sell, rent, or sublicense software
• ●Remove copyright notices
• ●Bypass security or licensing systems
• ●Use for illegal surveillance
• ●Use pirated license keys
• ●Introduce malicious code

Intellectual Property

All software, including code, UI/UX, algorithms, AI models, documentation, and branding, remains the exclusive property of HelloGeo Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Subscription & Fees

• ●Auto-renewal unless cancelled
• ●Service suspension for non-payment
• ●Taxes may apply
• ●Refunds subject to contract terms

Activation & Licensing

• ●License keys
• ●Online activation
• ●Device registration
• ●User/seat limits
• ●Periodic validation

Updates & Upgrades

Updates may include patches, features, or upgrades. Some updates may be mandatory and older versions may lose support over time.

Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of all uploaded or generated data. HelloGeo processes data only to provide services, backups, and analytics as required.

Drone Compliance

Users are responsible for compliance with all drone regulations, airspace rules, and legal requirements. HelloGeo provides software tools only, not legal authorization.

AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs are advisory only. Users must independently verify critical decisions before operational use.

Acceptable Use

Software must not be used for:

• ●Cyberattacks or fraud
• ●Human rights violations
• ●Terrorism or harm
• ●Unauthorized military use
• ●Harassment or stalking

Warranty Disclaimer

Software is provided 'AS IS' without warranties of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.

Limitation of Liability

HelloGeo is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, operational interruption, or misuse. Liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction in New Delhi.

Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement unless overridden by a signed contract.
